I40 Clan box ?

Ok, so with I39 now officially over with, we have I40 to start planning for.

Want to thank everyone that went for making it a great LAN as per normal.

Next LAN its been bought up that we could possibly go for a clan BOX.

What we need to get this going is 22 people.
While we may struggle for 22 people its worth looking at whos going to be coming and then looking for some people to fill spots.

Clan box's are nice cause we get some privacy and dont get loud CSS kids shouting and raging out. Not to mention the ability to open the doors to the balcony if it gets to stinky.

So if your thinking of coming along post below and I can start seeing how many spots we need to fill.

count me in, i'll be camping this time and taking the BBQ up for either a friday or saturday bbq depending on what happening with tournements and things.

Ant probably wont be going. Not sure he can get all the days off plus he hates camping.

i'm 95% sure that i can go, just need to double check with work. hopefully will be much warmer for camping + less wet! Ele you better tell ant he is coming, or i'll sit on him!!

Ant won't need to camp as it's at newbury and you can get a tavel lodge still

Yeh but with a travelodge its £29 per night, plus £81 each (including discount).
Frikkin expensive 4 days for more lag than u get at home!

But the difference is ele, I won't be at your home but I'll be at Newbury!! And you gotta admit it, meeting me is worth the entrance fee alone
anyhoo the lag wasn't *that* bad

Count me in i'll bring the roofies if were camping, i got a spare side to my tent if any want in

I do need a tent, but don't really fancy sharing with mark o.0

Well If Ele is going but ant is not then there will be a space there, if not then after finding out dad's in Cyprus there is a spare tent there as he wont be using it.

Either way there will definately be extra spaces.

Security was amazing at this event and always have been.
They come round late at night to check for sleepers but never look under the desks so you could get away with it.
Failing that if we get a box i am fairly sure checks on them are rare if any.
Otherwise there are the red rooms to fall back on.

All said then didnt look to bad if you got your space on the thursday and took ear plugs.
Although... famales may not be safe so best to borrow a tent off one of us

oh and charlie, my tent will be spare as Ant requires the home comforts of the Travelodge

i will be bought and payed for my tomorrow <wednesday> as thats when my juicy pay check comes in
